With a recent global shortage of link assemblies to suit CAT 793F haul trucks (CAT ref – 2813338), Geographe has responded to this customer feedback and has in stock a fully developed and readily available equivalent part.
Our equivalent of 2813338 comes fitted complete with spherical bearings and spiral fixing rings, plus a grease line lug making it ready for immediate fitment.
Whereby the OEM version is cast for lower production costs, the Geographe design is created from a single billet and then heat-treated to ensure superior strength to help avoid cracking under heavy loads.
The spherical bearings are fixed with a wider spiral circlip to ensure the bearings do not walk out, as had been reported in earlier OEM versions.
These can be supplied as singular sale items or available on a rotable basis if required.
